Rosé wine obtained from the white processing of aglianico grapes from the 2020 harvest, fermented without pomace in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Characterised by the pale pink colour, the scent of summer fruits, the delicate tannins and a good acid shoulder. Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by soft cheeses and raw seafood, to be served at a temperature of 10° - 12° C.

Fiano di Avellino obtained from hand-picked grapes during the 2019 harvest. The fermentation, at a controlled temperature, has been realised following diversified procedures, a portion in stainless steel and the remaining in chestnut barrels.

Characterised by its intense yellow colour with golden hues and its toasted hazelnuts, vanilla and almond paste bouquet.

Red wine obtained from the 2019 harvest of Aglianico grapes, it is aged for three month in new oak wood French barriques.

Characterised by a ruby red with a purple edge colour, it has delicate tannins that are reactive in the mouth and it can be easily combined with red meats and strong cheeses.
